Lime Pepper Relish with cheese: an unexpected pairing

Mayaro Pepper Sauce recognised at the Great Taste Awards

Mayaro Pepper Sauce was launched last year and quickly became one of our customers' favourites. Now it has also been recognised at the Great Taste Awards, one of the most respected awards in the British food industry. Made with mango, coriander and Scotch Bonnet chilli, it is a fresh, vibrant green sauce, suitable for vegans and free from artificial preservatives. Its name honours Mayaro, the village in Trinidad where the founder grew up.

Few combinations work as well as a good sandwich and a chilli jelly. Our suggestions are egg mayonnaise, rocket and Scotch Bonnet jelly, or pesto, cheese, rocket and Tomato Chilli. Any of our jellies can be used in these recipes.
